This inviting space is the result of weeks of hard work. Bookcases, floors, walls, ceilings, panelling – even the fireplace is all our own work.

Advanced Electrical Solutions Limited completed work for Coffee #1 Leamington Spa on 16th June 2017. We officially handed the shop back over to S.A. Brains on 19th June 2017.

This was a bigger job than usual – the shop being larger than previous stores. We completed work on time none-the-less, and to our usual high standards. We’re very pleased with the results.

Our dedicated team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers and labourers spent 6 weeks creating this light, comfortable space. As you can see in the photographs, a great deal of skill and effort went into creating a flawless colourful finish to the walls and floors. The fittings throughout are one of a kind, tailored to this particular store, and constructed on location. The quirky artwork painted onto the walls, the creations of ‘Rob the Artist’, are carefully chosen to reflect the social history and culture of Leamington Spa.

All the waterworks were expertly installed by our sister company Advanced Mechanical Solutions Ltd, including kitchenware and bathroom ware.

We pride ourselves on having an excellent work ethic, and high standards when it comes to the quality of our work. Evidence of our attention to detail can be seen throughout, in the well fitted kitchen units, appliances, and bookcases to name but a few examples.
